Bionicle Hero Factory WIP

I swear I use too many illegal connections in my mocs...

Though I can't find a better way to do this, and it looks great in the front, so WHO CARES.

Also my my this piece is DUSTY.

So who else likes to bend the rules with moccing? :3

Also, LEGO seems to attract more dust than pretty much any other object on the planet.

I never bend the rules quite that much, at least not for long stretches of time. If I do use a connection like that which risks warping the piece, then I'll just do it quickly for testing/photos. On the whole I try to avoid it, because it's a nice challenge to make things look cool with legal connections.

@Akano Yes they do D: It's really hard to clean pieces like this one where the dust gets stuck in corners, and don't get me started on cleaning baseplates...

@Aanchir I do try to avoid it too, but this seems to be one case where it was necessary. I could have used a regular friction socket and a #2 connector, but that would have left a whole stud's worth of space open. Still if anyone's got a safer alternative, I'd definitely try it.

@Bundalings Well that's suiting, as I'm building a sort of demon anyways. c:
