Yo, I got an impossibly huge promble in some of my Leviathan content. I'm running to save Ann Bryson, and have just raised the bridge, climbing onto the roof of the shack right there.
The issue is, i can't climb down the ladder on the other side! I walk into it, but shep just turns around in place and does the sliding down animation right in front of the ladder, never actually going down it, and blocking progression.
Advice?

I had the same problem, but after a few seconds Shepard always teleported to the bottom.
