Outcome Of The Game

We tied 7-7.

In the early game we were losing, but managed to turn it at the end. It was almost delayed due to very bad-looking storm clouds, but they passed by with no harm. One of our players got hit in the jaw with a baseball, but it wasn't major.



I would put more description here, but I have just barley enough knowledge of baseball to be able to play and don't really know how to describe it. tongue.gif Both teams did seem to have a problem with batters either forgetting to swing the bat or not running the full circuit(i.e only running from home to first  or sometimes stopping at second base).




I'm finally starting to update this a tiny bit more often. tongue.gif

First Home Run Ever

Doing baseball for the first time anyplace this year at my church. Anyways, today was my 2nd or 3rd practice. I'm normally an outfielder for the practice games, but today I was called in as a runner mid-practice. The second time running, I got a home run for the first time this season. Considering this is my first time playing baseball *ever*, I felt pretty awesome. cool.gif The third time running, I got tagged and continued to play as an outfielder for the rest of the practice.

Also my first real game is Saturday. Wish me luck. smile.gif



I'm reverting to my old name of Unit once I find my old signature.

What I'm Doing Right Now

Building Surge 2.0 and Jetbug over a plate of food while Corrodor sits on top of my screen overlooking the build area grinning evily and blocking my refresh key with his foot.

Christmas Loot: Pt. 1

The 8198 Racers set(forgot to look at the name before the packaging was trashed) and a Star Wars set(I think Plo Koon's Starfighter). I'm not a fan of SW and the recipet was inculded, so I'll return it to Target and get something else Lego. I also got Minecraft a week or so ago as an early present. If you're wondirng about the lack of loot/Pt. 1, I asked relatives in the north for gift cards so I can get exactly what I want, but they haven't arrived yet. I'll make another entry when they arrive, detailing what I got with them.

EDIT: I just noticed it's an ARC-170. Like it matters when I'm returning it. tongue.gif

Bfa took the pictures, Pohu and 55555 edited the contrast/brightness/colors, DV edited out a glare from the top of the Hau

and the rest of the staff wore cheerleader outfits and gave moral support =D
