First, they're called the Cheka. Second the fad I was starting was generally all espionage figures (spies if you will) it only evolved into the secret police when I mentioned I was in charge of it. Besides I ran a network of spies during Russian Civil War. Although I still may have some positions open.

What's crazy is that the International Police had debuted in the original Red and Blue, on the S.S. Anne. We just never met any of them who had any significance until Looker.
