So it took me the last decade or so to realize Gabumon isn't some sort of weird dog digimon, but a lizard in a pelt.

I feel like my entire existence up to this point has been a lie.

Well, he digivolves into weird wolf digimon if that makes you feel any better. :P

I think it's the fact that he actually digivolves to a wolf that threw me off.
