This weekend I was finally able to read two of the few books by Michael Crichton I hadn't yet, Prey and Next.

Prey was really good. It blended the suspense, mystery and science fiction very well.
Next, though.... I don't get what Crichton was trying to accomplish with so many characters and plot lines. It was disorienting and I never really knew in what I had to be focusing on. It was still a good book, but I wouldn't say it was one of his best. Dave was cool, though.

That's all I have to say on the matter.

I just realized I have spent all my free time in more than a week just watching Arrested Development, FLCL and Hetalia through Netflix. (Okay, FLCL on Hulu, Netflix has dubs and dubs are lame)

...I don't regret anything.

I really don't get the 'disturbing' side people see in pony shipping. Do you have to like it? No. But it is universal that if something exist, it will be shipped by people in the internet. And being bothered by it is a true waste of bother..ing..ness..ing...y because nothing is going to change. Now, if it was smut, there would be reason to freak out (Or whatever it is you are doing), but for silly cutesy shipping thing there is no reason to panic.
And stuff.

So I just finished watching the second episode of FLCL and dear god it's looking fantastic. The first episode was lacking some of the madcrazy action I've come to expect from Gainax, but this second combined good characterization with fantastic fighting and it was basically great. And it was funny.

Yeah that's all I have to say on the matter.

why do i have to go back to school tomorrow ahhh
