I don't recommend it. It makes you look like an awful person, makes everything that moves think you're an awful person, except for that one guy in the corner telling you that yes, they are all out to get you, and when you calm down he just ends up looking and feeling awkward.

And yet I partake in it all too often.

It is especially easy to fall into that sort of thought-pattern with people over the internet, where it is difficult to accurately judge what they are thinking.

Well, yes, because then being paranoid ends up giving you a great reason to be paranoid, because you've made yourself annoying enough that, even if they weren't all out to get you before, now they are.

Okay, I have ONE person in real life who, as far as I know, doesn't think I'm annoying. That must count for SOMETHING. (By the way, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not all out to get you... :fear:
