Apparently, now when you look at someone's post, it shows if they are currently online or not. This is faster than having to scroll your mouse over their name or go to their profile. This also makes it much easier to tell if the person you are waiting for to reply to your post is not there, or just being plain lazy 
(Although there is also the chance that they are busy viewing another topic, etc.)
Well, It's good to see that some positive change is being made on the forums.
