Should I submit my MOC?

Yes.  I have both sent stuff to BFair and attended, and I know that they'll handle your MOCs with care and return them in good condition, not to mention with a whole lot of extras.  So you should send em! 

Yes.  Especially with the nifty organized info they've put up.
