I get soaked.
I think I just witnessed the first big rainstorm of the season. There was thunder and lightning, and in the Multi-Purpose Room (Theatre) the echos made the thunder LOUD! (Try rehursing for a play over the sound of thunder... and we did Dracula last year). And when I rushed out to find my mom's car, the rain was coming down HARD! As in I was soaked after five minutes of searching... turned out my mom was a little late.
So, the rain has died down, but I'm still soaked as I type up this entry, and the thunder is starting to boom again, so I think I'll sign off my computer now. For the rest of you in the great Pacific Northwest, enjoy the first storm of the season.
