NO GOD PLEASE NO I CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE
 
I haven't even finished the first one. I haven't even got halfway through the first one. I never even got that far in the first one.
 
And don't get me started on how bad I did in Demon's Souls.

Perhaps it's testament to my cynicism that I was expecting some mind-breakingly horrifying plot twist just because of how cheerful that film was. Seriously. The opening five minutes alone were so sweet I think I contracted diabetes. 
 
And I actually quite enjoyed it. Optimistic as heck and with some quite beautiful scenes. 

Okay, what. This is getting weird. My subconscious is actively trying to get me to oversleep. My mum had to go to London for a business meeting today so it was down to me getting myself up. For whatever reason I was dreaming about playing Dark Souls, on my way up to the Iron Golem bossfight. And in this dream I hear my mum telling me "Don't worry, you don't have to get up until you beat this boss". A while later I get my dad knocking on my door telling me my bus leaves in ten minutes. How I caught it I'll never know. I didn't even defeat the Iron Golem as I'd only got to the intro cutscene.
 
Of course, I probably should do something about my sleeping pattern. It's so bad I got to the point in Film Studies where I was too tired to write properly. Taking notes was a nightmare as my hand didn't want to move like a normal human being's and I couldn't spell the simplest words. So take note everyone. Late nights and oversleeping are baaaaaad.

I'm not much of a Bond enthusiast but that was absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous in almost every respect and Javier Bardem proved himself to be a fantastic actor once more.
 
Actually, in response to my last entry I've been giving it some thought and have decided that I would actually enjoy doing some studying on a subject outside of my education. While I'll try not to let it distract me, I've decided that I'd turn some of my attention to history, if only to pass the time. Therefore, I decided to purchase a rather large book on the Renaissance era which is the part of history that intrigues me the most. It's something that I find interesting and will definitely keep me busy for a while. 
 
Oh, and apparently Wreck-It Ralph isn't in British cinemas until February. WHYYYYYY?
