Well with the Lantern Corps they're only powered by one emotion. Here you'd be powered by all them, with what power you have dependant on what emotion you feel. Angry? Ring turns red, you get Fire. Scared? Ring turns brown, you get Rock. I think the problem is more that anyone could have claim to have any power they wanted

Set limits on how many "emotional changes" can happen in a certain period of time. People would have to give good reasons for their changes.

Another possibility would be to let everyone have a ring that can only react to certain emotions, limiting the powers they have to those two or three emotions.

Also, does this mean you don't plan on continuing TIoP?

Oh I'll be continuing Island, I just like having options. I've been working on the Visorak one mentioned here for about a year now trying to figure out the mechanics

Well, what units are available in Conquest? Because it occurred to me, that on a strategic level, Mr. I FORCE LIFT THE WHOLE COLISEUM might be a tad game breaker'y.
