Okay... So I'm under the impression that there was a mistake in the grade that was entered into the database for my essay; I just checked the website and the 5 was removed and my grade is back where it was on Monday, so I'm guessing my teacher accidentally entered the wrong thing--which, considering that literally everyone else I talked to in class today said that they also got really low grades, seems more likely than the idea that he just decided to fail everyone.
Still, I won't find out for sure until I get the paper back. Here's hoping...
In RPG news, there's a slew of new activity in both RotR and Day Run. We've had... I think five or six new players in the latter in the past two days alone, so that's good. One of the players, too, was the awesome Half-Dragon, who was a key player in Night Ride and who I haven't seen for over a year now, so I'm glad to see that he's back in the Day Run/Night Run story.
In terms of RotR--the short slump we had seems to have gone by, as a number of people have started posting again. Unfortunately I think this is going to be our new trend, but hopefully we can get a steady pace going again at some point. One of the things that just officially started today, as a matter of fact, is what looks to be a huge battle--eight of the ten Ancient Darkrai and an apparition of their leader vs. Rayquaza, Kyogre, Groudon (who has not been seen since the beginning of the first thread,) the Alpha/Matriarch Deoxys, three newly revived Deoxys, three Latios, and three Latias.
Needless to say, I'm excited.
So yeah. Today has been a good day.
