Weekly newspaper

Posted by Dual Cee on Dec 25 2012 - 06:21 PM

This is just a suggestion but it's worth mentioning:

A weekly newspaper that describes the actions inside Bzp short and with a sense of humour.
It could be handy for users who were offline a time to pick up with the major happenings of the week or just somepeople who will read it for fun.
Here a try of how I think the content should look like.
(this is not this week but just a way of showing you, the happenings themselves are true.)

Here a test version(in progress): http://www.brickshel...tuff/paper.docx
Weirdly enoug I cant upload PDF's to brickshelf.

If I was unrespectfull to someone, really sorry, I meant no harm, I really like everyone here.

So this was my idea, hope you liked it, of course if this gets inplented there need to be more stuff then my test version.

Who'd take the time to write this, though?

It's not so hard and it don't need to have 100 pages or something. But i think at least someone wants to do it, and if not I volunteer.

We can see if other people are interested in this. I don't see the staff necessarily having time to put it all together though, in which case if the members want to start something like this that would be fine.

I'll try to get a Pdf prototype ready soon, but I'm on holiday, I don't have much time.

I made a test version but was unable to  upload the PDF to brickshelf, the link to the Word file is in the first post. Also it's not fully complete, I'll try to find members to help me.

I think the staff's time is better spent working on other content such as the Powercast. If members want to pursue this effort, they certainly can.
