Fix the News Category Selector

On the BZPower News Archive on the front page, the category selector doesn't seem to work (at least not for me). It'd be useful to fix that, and to put in the missing categories
I just tried it. It appears to not change the results whatsoever.

Here's a fun fact. There's actually no code to take what you select from the category selector and search for it. It completely ignores it it would seem.
