Display Name Issues

So it appears that after the recent hackings, I have reverted to my previous name change. However, the forum still remembers that I changed my name the 22nd of January, and so will not let me change it back. Is there any way to resolve this? I think other people besides me are suffering from this problem. Sorry if this is not the right place to put this.
