Suggestion
A common issue in BBC is that new members won't know how to deeplink their Brickshelf pictures and someone usually has to explain it to them. What if we put an explanation of deeplinking in Brickshelf in the BBC forum rules just so that newer members know what to do.
EDIT: Derp I didn't realize this was in the wrong section move it please?

As an assistant in BBC I fully support adding it to the rules and guidelines.
I made a thingy:
The guide to Deeplinking:
1) What is Deeplinking
Deeplinking is a way of linking to a picture but instead of linking to the picture inside a gallery you link to the very picture itself.
2) Why should I Deeplink?
Deeplinking can be usefull in two occasions, first is when you are wanting to post a topic about your MOC but your gallery isn't public yet. Deeplinking is a way to avoid the waiting time for that thus rendering you able to link to a picture before the gallery is public. Second, when you're wanting to post a picture in your post and not just a link, you'll need to include your deeplink into the image tags.
3) Ok Deeplinking seems usefull, but how do I do it?
Well, after you've uploaded your picture to majhost or brickshelf, you have to go to the folder you placed it in, search the image and click it, this should open your image in your browser without anything gallerylike around it. You can check it by watching the url, if the url looks like this: http://www.brickshel...Name/image.jpeg, you're fine. Hower if it looks like this : http://www.brickshel...ery.cgi?f=98644 you need to try again. If you found the right url just copy it and paste it like any normal url. Congrats you just deeplinked
What do you guys think about this?
EDIT: Strangely Tracker auto links urls...

You can put them into code-tags to avoid this.EDIT: Strangely Tracker auto links urls...
[code]http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Name/Folder/image.jpg[/code]turns into this:
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Name/Folder/image.jpgand otherwise this: http://www.brickshel...older/image.jpg
