Content blocks misaligned on comment-heavy entry

For now, put aside the content of this comments page, and take a look at the page formatting near the bottom. For me, the content blocks appear at the bottom of the page, underneath the comments, and cover up the box to add comments in. If it appears normal to you, this is what I'm seeing on Firefox 17.0.1 and Internet Explorer 10.0.

I'm guessing this is somehow due to the large amount of text and large number of comments, but that's just a hypothesis.

Apologies if this issue already exists and I just missed the tracker entry.
