Great Balls Of Fire
Therefore I present to you, the one, the only, the totally-needing-of-an-introduction, heeeere's:
Like the rest of its adorable Fire Bird brethren, Totto Pipicchi is made to help a Dragon. Granted, it's the first to have "Dragon in its race" in its ability, but being invented for Epic Dragons of Hyperchaos, that explains the flavor text change. To be specific, it's a pretty basic creature, with 1000 power for 3 mana to cost. However, Totto has a nifty ability in its arsenal: it gives all Dragon creatures "speed attacker". To be precise, this lets the normally big and bulky behemoths the ability to attack on the first turn and skip Summoning Sickness.
So that means in a deck packed with Dragons, this little bird has a chance to shine. Personally, I would recommend packing the deck with Fire Birds as early creatures, including Totto. Then, simply put a few Blockers up, to keep your opponent from destroying your Fire Birds. Once you have the Dragons in, they will not only have Speed Attacker, but hopefully all sorts of other useful things from your other Fire Birds if you've kept them in. And of course, once you have this veritable army of Dragons, prepare to sweep your opponent off the map and into next week.
Ballom's Rating: 3/5. Despite a very useful trait, Totto Pipicchi, like most of his fluffy kin, is too weak and frail to survive very long unshielded.
