Weird Time Errors in the News.

For some reason, the news section keeps giving me this really odd time error:
That was on the front page. Searching news produces it in ample amounts:
And the product review page (http://www.bzpower.com/rev.php), is infested:
Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/New_York' for 'EST/-5.0/no DST' instead in /home/bzpower/public_html/rev.php on line 34
My guess is that it has something to do with the news articles, since all of the aforementioned pages have or refer to those. I'm only seeing this after the recent hacking.
