The season finale for a show I am a big fan of aired this morning. It was very good, for a variety of reasons, but one of the most important: Panty & Stocking references!
I am talking about Ben 10 Omniverse.
Man. Just look at this guy. I already blogged about the fact that the design for this character, Malware, is influenced by the ghosts from PSG, but this episode kicked things up by about five notches. Could he possibly look any more PSG? Probably. But he's still awesome.
Also the entire mid-portion of it was basically a huge homage to the tokusatsu genre so that is awesome as well?
Also the pony finale. I wasn't even aware that this was the last episode of season 3, but wow. I thought it was pretty good, but I also felt it could have easily fit into two episodes. One way or another, this was the most I've enjoyed FiM all season.
