Privacy Policy

On the left of the Front Page, there is a link to the Privacy Policy - Or, at least, there used to be. Now this just brings up a blank page. A few very Internet-safety-cautious people might find that irritating, but it still is a low-priority issue.
Yeah, it seems like a lot of the "index.php?go=" pages are broken. Luckily, on the bottom of every single page of BZPower, there's a link to the Privacy Policy as well as the BZPower Rules & Guidelines, so there is still a page for it. Perhaps the link on the front page can just be switched with that link.
