Life is filled with too many goodbyes and not enough hellos. 
(I had to say goodbye to a really cool friend of mine who I have not seen for about a month and had no idea he was leaving)

Life has plenty of hellos, but each one has to inevitably end in a goodbye at some point. Even in an age where social media has a really strong presence, those relationships aren't always maintained through the years. It's unfortunate, and goodbye's definitely suck, but that's the way it is. : /
