Reorganize emoticons

BZPower has always had too many emoticons, in my opinion; but since the forum upgrade changed the way emoticons are chosen it has become more of a problem.

Now by hitting the emoticons button we're treated to a disorganized display of emoticons along the bottom of the reply box. There may be some hidden order to them, but I'm not seeing it. And unless you hit the "show all" button to open a new window (which itself has little sense of organization), you have to scroll through multiple pages of them before getting to some of the more useful ones.

I propose a new organizational method that orders emoticons by their usefulness. Standard emoticons like , , or could get top billing. BZP exclusive emotes like :smilepakarinu:or   could be placed near the end, so that people who use them have easy access to them and people who don't don't have to scroll through them. Ideally, BZP could delete a number of the emoticons which are either aesthetically inconsistent with the norm ( as opposed to ) or just generally useless (who really uses ? Isn't flaming by default, and grammatically incorrect to boot?) But I understand this might cause issues in existing topics where these were used.
