I got this idea from another site. It was basically a world map that you could zoom in and out of. Members could add their location to the map and you could hover over them to see who the member was. Of course this should only go as far as the town you live in, as putting your address on here isnt the smartest thing to do. If you need more explanation please say. Also, please note this would be optonial and would also not like with the location on your profile page.
This'd be awesome, sadly I don't see this implented due difficulties.
This is actually an idea we've had internally in the past. There are definitely ways to do it, but we haven't due to concerns of member privacy. We don't want people publicly revealing where they live, even if it's just the city, since there are many younger members on the site.
