Forestry

If any of you have any tips for identifying trees, specifically determining whether a tree is Eastern or Western US, it'd be much appreciated. =)

There was a really good website my forestry class had us use when we identified stuff for school. It is actually really nice to use as well. You put in what the tree consists of pretty much: type of leaves, what they look like, what type of fruit it produces, what the bark looks like, etc. and it gives you a list of trees yours could be. There are also resources you can use to help identify trees per region.

I took that forestry class sometime earlier last year though... I would need to dig up the website if you are interested.

If it's not an awful amount of trouble, then it would be nice to have. Thanks. =)

Just make names/locales up.
