It's really hard to quell anxiety of that nature, even when it's completely unfounded (and it most certainly is). There's no magic fix and sometimes even being reminded that you're loved doesn't necessarily help, because your mind is rejecting it.

But that said, please know that you are loved, that I and others care for you immensely, and that I have full faith you can pull through trying times and feelings like this - and if you don't have that faith in yourself, I'll have enough for both of us.
