Yeah, forget I was there already, huh? he growled mentally, as the soft, faint red glow around him returned.
The cold was annoying him anyway, he figured he'd not disrupt the warmth.

"Hie iz, kvite zimply, a toa hu haz aided me in combat. And az for or next locazhun, I belief it vould be bezt to trafel to Le-Wahi," she said, sticking a blade in the ground. "Perhapz if I trafel under a disguize ant in ze middle of jhou, my comradez, ve may make it into ze yungle, vhere I can heid until ze zreat iz pazt."
Inwardly, she was also planning how to separate the toa from the group during the trip to talk with Zadron and Kinika. They needed more planning time to build her fake death.

OOC: Ezio free to talk with.
"I need your advice- I feel really jealous that she got to turn into a Toa and not me... and then that guy comes in and woos her! What should I do to overcome my jealousy?

Zadron eyed the Toa of Iron coldly. He saw no reason to split takings with a bodyguard. He was being paid for his services anyway; and if Aexias wished to give a part of her share of the bounty with the Toa, then that was her business.
He would have said this, but Aexias evidently wished to keep the plan quiet from this Toa who had reappeared from the fight.
Zadron retrieved the long black blade he had stuck in the ground (what a foolish gesture; as if a few weapons in frozen soil meant anything) and stood, arms folded, observing the conversation in silence.
OOC: Zadron has something of a grudge, shall we say, against bodyguards. They are, of course, one of the main obstacles in his line of work.

Terralo noticed a figure walk into the bar. This figure was...a little shady, but in the good sort of way. He thought he might as well make small talk (Terralo needed a few job opportunities anyway), so he moved towards the being. "Hello there, friend." He said. "You look like you're expecting someone."
OOC: Toa Xemnas of Crystal, that's Ezio.

That was about a year ago.
He had been sailing, well, more like running, away from the cities. He was beginning to run out of food. He put down his Falchion, sharpened to a blade that could cut air itself.
"Day 389: Land was in sight last night. Going to leave this book behind." He manipulated the water into moving the boat, instead of waiting for the winds.
----------
The boat was anchored in Ko-wahi's waters. The crew was long gone-Draebe had gotten a tad hungry during the journey. "This place isn't marked on any maps...How perfect for some new crewmembers." He made his way to Ko-koro, ready to recruit people away from this frozen wasteland.

So lucky there aren't that many in the bar.
He whipped his longcoat around, taking a drink before sitting down in the hammiest way possible.

Terralo picked up the drink that this...pirate had just ordered all in the bar. "Thank you friend!" he said, and turned back to the being he was speaking to. "You've got that right. But you've got to be here for some reason other than expecting a fight to break out." Terralo polished off the drink and removed one of his knives, admiring it closely.
OOC: What species is Ezio? Toa, I presume?

Ko-Koro was usually a quiet place. The Matoran living there were scholars, historians and scientists, not miners or fighters like the other villages. Today, however, there was a bit of a ruckus near the village temple. A Toa of Ice, wearing black armor and carrying a jagged blade, had been caught stealing from a merchant. Though that was usually not a terrible crime, further investigation and led to the discovery of a veritable pile of goods in the Toa's hut, looted from a few travelers that had recently gone missing. It was eventually revealed that the Toa had murdered them, and this left the villagers in a pinch: Toa and Matoran did not kill, but Ko-Koro did not have anything else that was fitting to do with the criminal either.
After a heated discussion, the Toa of Ice was exiled from Ko-Koro, cast out to fend for himself on an island filled with danger. The Toa's name was Madrihk, and he did not care. Walking down the snowy slopes of Mt. Ihu, away from his former home, only one thought filled his head: "I don't need them."
Madrihk had an ambition: He would become a powerful Toa, a leader. He would have his own army and conquer a land for himself where he could make the laws. With that goal, he set out to follow the coast in the rough direction of Le-Wahi.
OOC: Yeah, this was just my introductory post, which I thought I should place in its corresponding topic. Character going to Le-Wahi.

Nothing, apparently, was happening. Zadron tapped his foot impatiently in the snow. Why were they all just standing around?
"May I suggest," he said icily (which was pretty icily, him being a Vortixx who made a living by killing people and was currently standing in the middle of Ko-Koro), "that we depart for Le-Koro? It's only a matter of time before some more would-be bounty hunters arrive and I have to clean my blades again."

Thinking for a second, the Skakdi remembered her plan. "Ah! Toa of Plazma, jhou zhall trafel slightly in ze front az a scout for nao until Le-koro, about ten bio. Fortixx, behind me-," while she didn't trust Zadron, she knew she had to make this look as though he had done everything to get in a good position from which to attack her from for realism, "-matoran to my left, and Kinika to my right. Alvight?," she asked, looking at all members of the group.

Zadron almost smiled. Telling a known assassin to go behind her? He would be very surprised if this Toa didn't suspect what they were up to straight away.
Still, he took up his position at her back.
So quietly that only Aexias would hear or notice, Zadron hissed,
"This had better get rid of him."

Zadron nodded almost imperceptibly.
He waited for the others to take up their positions.

As much as he hated to admit it, putting him in the leading position would just get them all horribly lost.
Knowing from experience, he didn't wish that kind of Karz on anyone else in the world.
So if I can just imply that I'd be more valuable in the back, or sides...

IC: Karz, she's gonna force me into it! What do, Cipher, what do?
"Be that as it may," he began, putting on a slight, yet clear emphasis on these next words. "I really don't think it's a good idea." he said, not quite masking his discomfort at the prospect.
Please just pick someone else, for all our sakes...

The Toa of iron took his position.
"Besides, if you head us off, you can scream as you die from an ambush, we'll know to turn back." Kinika mumbled.

"Do you actually have a reason not to go at the front?" he asked.

Moments later, he sighed visibly deflating.
"Guess there's no getting around this..." he muttered.
He looked up towards the Vortixx.
"You need a reason?" he asked, "Well yeah, I've got one."
A deep breath--
"I've got next to no sense of direction. Happy?" he said, his frustration at the fact evident in his tone.

But Zadron's gaze rotated around to stare directly at Krayzikk. One Radius Blade slid slowly and deliberately out from the Vortixx's forearm.

Kinika felt a dagger form in his hand. They were being listened to. He launched the primitive knife up at him.
"Stalker." he scowled.

IC: "Oh." he said, feeling an odd mixture of relief and embarassment, having thankfully not noticed Krayzikk.
"Well, okay then." He said, shifting his pack and turning to the gate.
"Alright." he said, beginning to walk, his Aura slowly strengthening as he moved further and further away from shelter.

Giving the Toa on the roof a look that would have frozen magma, Zadron retracted his blade and followed the group towards the gate.

"You go on, I'll catch up," he said to the rest.
He unsheathed his swords. If this guy wasn't going to talk, he was going to receive a close shave. A very close shave.
