I could swear that UU's sign was an alternate sign for Ophiuchus, but it seems like the only sign it has is ⛎. But Ophiuchus still related to snakes (present in UU's sign), and the official astrological sign is a U with a tilde.

Also, this constellation is apparently a part of a 12-sign tropical zodiac, so it's possible there will be a new batch of trolls based on this system. However, I can't seem to find any more information on it...

My theory is that the pre-Scratch kids could communicate with the post-Scratch trolls, so the post-Scratch kids can communicate with the pre-Scratch trolls, of which UU is one.
However, this doesn't make sense, as s/he mentions 4 universes, which also includes that of pre-Scratch Alternia.
Also, she is a girl. Unless, of course the uranian part of her... cheerhandle? is literal.
