That's a good MOC, but the legs are disproportionate wrt the body length and arms. But it's a good attempt.

I like most of the execution - but I wish you'd used something other than a Hero Factory core. As it stands, the MOC looks really, really Hero Factory-ish, though I guess not much could be done in that front. The HF parts can really provide a sleekness to humanoids.Those parts above and layered slightly underneath the upper chest armor - I think they're red plates but I can't tell for certain - bother me. It looks really off there, probably because it's flat.
