Not only that, but I am also incapable of accessing the different fonts, emoticons, or any of the normal features I can use. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

If you aren't, don't worry, that's natural, but if you are it's a glitch which should be resolved if you restart your computer (I've had the same problem, and it works for me).
I hope this helps!

What type of computer are you using?

See the button that I've circled? It's possible that you clicked it, turning off all of the handy editing tools. Clicking it again would turn them back on.
Like I said, probably not going to be the answer...

I'm not sure how helpful it will be, but I'll throw this out there anyway.

I just tried clicking it, and the only think it does (at least on my computer with Safari as the browser) just fades all the controls to grey, signifying that you can't click them. Clicking the switch again un-greys them.
Like Velox (now Cerberus) said, try emptying your cache. It seems to be a general fix-all (at least in most cases) when things aren't loading on BZP.

That's the switch to plain-text editing mode, which allows you to enter BBCode manually to change formatting. It's not just for decoration.

He did say he was "incapable of accessing" them, so it seemed vague enough to me to be worth a shot. Velox is probably right, though.

Thanks for all of the suggestions, though. Y'all are really helpful
