If I host a contest in my blog, am I allowed to distribute physical prizes (for example, promising to send a rare mask to the winner)?

Am I allowed to create a poll for people to vote on entries in my blog contest?

You are allowed to send prizes, yes. There is a rule against sending prototypes to other members, if said prototypes were acquired through BZPower.

If you mean a blog poll, yes. Polls in the forums, however, are not allowed to be used for blog contest voting.

I believe polls are allowed as an entry in your blog, where those who vote make a comment describing their choice, such as in Sumiki's Blogarithm Contest #4.

As for the prizes, the answer is probably yes, because it's a personal matter whether someone gives up their address to receive a prize.
