Other info.

This is a MAS. The only authors will be members of the UCS until further notice.

Current authors are myself, Rahsilon (Facade), and Soran.

Each author is also a PGS.

We need at least 8 PGS's, to fulfill the prophecy.

but by all means, we will take more.

Now, unlike Rift, there is already a standard general plot, so we can jump right in.

It's largely a quest/destiny based story. It will follow the journeys of a group of matoran, starting from before they meet, to the endeavors they have as a team.

Looks good so far. Graphics are pretty good although they could be better. It almost seems like Facade or "Rahsilon" is floating on top of the background. This can easily be fixed by adding something to help 'anchor' the character with the background. A shadow or making the character's feet sink a little in the snow are some specific ways to help it. Another thing that I think you should try to do is use more poses with the character. It just looks really odd how he uses the same walking pose for the first and second panel, the only difference is just where its positioned. Regardless of those minor details I think it looks great visually although there are some things I think you should try to improve on in the future.
I can't really take the dialogue seriously though. It just seems a little random, jumping from one thing to another. Perhaps adding at least a little more information about Rahsilon might help, whether its some more basic information, something about his past, etc. Also I feel as though the dialogue in the comic was spread out from panel to panel to make the comic seem longer. I think that a lot of the text could've easily fit in a lot less panels then currently used.
I did like the little thing you added at the end, whether its a shadow of a person, or something else. Really is a quite nice little detail that many might miss. It seems like whatever it is might play some role in the story which I think is a really nice touch.

I'm excited to see more.

Thanks, I was a bit rushed, so I plan on touching up a bit later, probably with the snow covering his feet partially. And darn, I did, didn't I? I purposefully spaced the speaking, because it shows he's speaking calmly, taking his time to speak. And sure, more info will be in the next one, I just felt like making him enigmatic. And I'm glad you noticed that little tidbit in the last panel, it's the you-know-what I mentioned to you! Anyway, it's Sorans turn now, to introduce himself, in whatever way that makes sense.
Just pm the comic when your done.

A prophecy. This is good stuff.

But is it really a good idea to sit in the snow?

Thnk of a myself (Rahsilon) as a Shaolin monk. Meditation, thinking, martial arts, poetry, pall parts of the personality. So, that includes endurance and the ability to embrace pain. Plus, being a hailing from the north helps. Matoran of the City of Ice helps.

So, most of the UCS is caught up and prepping their kits everyone. So, heres some info:
Authors, there will be a rotation, please refrain from comic making (other then intro, and make it multiple panels, stating name, and which part of the prophecy, preferably) until the rotation is complete.

Second, Leraku is an exception to the RZ kit. He is amazingly good with Chimoru, so he will be using that if he wishes to take part. More info will be posted later, once I get confirmed authors I'll put the rotation and guidelines.

Few exceptions, I'll tell you guys when I think of them.

Second, here are some guidelines that I'm working on, followed by the current (will likely change with more authors).

• Try to stay active during the series, if you can't work on the series tell Me (Rahsilon/Facade) about the situation and why you wish to resign so that there is no time wasted.

• Try not to make any plot twists, try to make the comics make sense with each other. This also includes not making any comics ahead of time that might make an initial impact on the story. So that means talk to be BEFORE you start your comic when its your rotation.

• Try to make the comics by the deadline. The only excuse to not making it by the deadline is if there are any family issues, massive workload (includes homework), important update for a personal comic series, etc.

• If there is a large comic you are creating which might not make it by the deadline, you may make a PSA or random comic that doesn't have anything to deal with the storyline (It can still use the same characters).

• Don't be afraid to give spoilers about the story to fellow authors, it is a GROUP project. If there is something you are not sure will work try you can ask other authors.

• If introducing another character/major accessory/often used background, make sure to supply other authors with it.

• Also, if you feel you don't have enough time for a comic you can asked to be skipped.

You will have 10 days since rotating to finish a comic. You get 3 pardons, which means you get three times to take longer then regular amount, if that happens, tell me so that I can make a filler or info comic (those will be explained soon) to keep the brutal mob fans occupied.

And here is the second installment of Age of Destiny. This comic introduces my character Soran and a whole bunch of other things such as my attempt to reference my plan for World Domination in almost every comic series I participate in. Its a short comic, I apologize for that, I had trouble with some things. Either way I hope you enjoy the comic.

Update: We have two prophecy spots left, theif, and priest. The priest is the equvialant to turaga, which I'll explain some more (such as the mage) later.

EDIT: I believe Soran is no longer the exile, he has a new role that we collabed on. So now thats 3 PGS spots (unless I'm wrong?)

Boromir (Haley) had to resign, therefore I will be making a comic tomorrow, then it will go to whoever was meant to follow her on the rotation. We've all been busy lately, but hopefully were all getting uses to the flow of school and life again, so expect things to pick up the pace!

Alrighty, so it's my turn to make a comic. I would like to say a few things first so, if you are allergic to text, skip to the link (it's full of text too).

I am really happy that Facade came up with this idea because, I really love it. I am glad to have such talented members in the UCS to work together. So I just would liek to say thanks for taking up my remaining free time being cool...

Exile

You may remember a familiar name from my comic series, if you read it. This is a different universe, so it is a completely different character.
Also, he was thinking this entire comic, so he does not speak a word. This character is very silent, and rarely talks.

Oh wow, he's very different from your main comic incarnation. (Then again TNG in this series has no idea what a pie is.) Still calls himself mighty, though. All I can say is I want to see where this goes!

One thing I want with this series is for new personalities (for the most part). I'm hoping that a majority of the authors dont make everyone super good at fighting, because honestly, the only people who have a good reason at being great fighters are myself, Ler, and TNG. Anyway, I like the style (since its what I used pretty much )

By the way, reading the order of the comics already posted, and the order with Facade making extra comics to allow others extra time, I am thoroughly confused.

Can anyone tell me the actual rotation order under normal circumstances so I don't feel like a half-drunk, half-crazy pirate with awkwardly flailing hand gestures, odd expressions, and an obsession with wearing a hat and being addressed as Captain?

You know, since not even I really know the order yet - it's sort of just been 'said out' whenever it's someone's turn - I kind of thought I'd stick another little teaser here. It's not officially a comic, but it's just more anticipation.

Sorry, I actually made this a while ago and put it in a post, but I forgot to put it in the first post.
Anyway, right now everyone is just being introduced, also, I made extra comics when ever someone is not able to make one. In about another full rotation the characters will meet up.

Leraku is not exactly seperate personalities - those are simply embodiments of his 'red' and 'blue' sides - Chaos and Logic respectively. I believe I mentioned it before, but, oh well. I'll add the full to their names. For instance, Chaos is - well, an embodiment of destructive chaos. Logic is very calm, collected, and, indeed, logical. Leraku himself chooses which to use more depending on the situation - by default, he is neutral in between. As he is technically sealed away and in stasis at this point, his personality is not in the 'argument' going on, so his two other sides are there instead. When he awakens, he might have a burst of each, but he will soon come back to himself.

His close-ups have been made with RZ as well. Just heavily applied effects.

Nice work on the prophecy thing, the face effect does emphasize the forgotten bit. I guess that's how they find out about the prophecy?

And apparently Rahsilon is being stalked...by the Slendermatoran! No, really, what is that thing?

No response from Soran yet, so if he doesn't respond by Tuesday then the next person on the list will make a comic ahead of their designated time.
Next author is TNG, so, if you want to start now its okay, just make sure not to include anyone else yet. And don't post it till an approved time.

EDIT: Soran will most likely have to pass. TNG, you'll take his place if he can't get it in. Also, his character is available for open use by anyone, so TNG, I'd recommend having you meet him in your next comic if he passes. If not, he will most likely meet you if he makes his.

I accept this job, then. But I will need my intro comic retconned and I will make a replacement. The origin is convoluted, the name being an acronym that doesn't even suit the character is stupid, and I used the wrong kit by mistake. Therefore, just change my name to Axilus Prime, and remove the intro comic. (But put a placeholder there until I turn out the new intro comic.)

After that, I will make the comic where I meet Soran. Where's his sheet?

I like it! Now, one thing for everyone, this island is Mata-Nui base, and there are a only three large technologically advanced cities, most of the story will happen in the villages big and small and the wilderness, just keep that in mind
