I hear Team Jigsaw (the people who put the Portal proposal on LEGO Cuusoo together) have a Legend of Korra proposal in the works. I'm patiently looking forward to it!

Come to think of it, that'd be pretty doable, I'd think.
Or Final Fantasy. Now THAT would empty my wallet.

Only trouble with HALO is that it's violence based, and LEGO has explicitly said that it will not make toys that are built around violence.Teen Titans and Halo as Lego themes? Now that'd be great. Teen Titans could be a System focused theme, while Halo, with its more robotic looking designs due to the armor, could be based on Bionicle's style. Bionicle's building style. Not. HF's. Please.

And yet... violence and gore make it unrealistic...I'd LOVE a LEGO Dragon Ball Z theme!

Dude, they're showing a censored Dragon Ball GT on Nickelodean, with a censored Dragon Ball Z before it. They could just have another license with LEGO like what they did with The Last Airbender. And yet... violence and gore make it unrealistic...
I'd LOVE a LEGO Dragon Ball Z theme!
And dude, look at all these Avengers sets. Do you know how darker Marvel has gotten?

Teen Titans and Halo as Lego themes? Now that'd be great.
Slight problem with Halo, besides it being based on M- and T-rated games: rights for sets are owned by Mega Bloks. *gags*
Also, another series I'd like is Jurassic Park. They had the Films sets, but I'd like a series based just on the movies, no cameras and directors. New dinosaur builds would be good.

However, at the core of "Dragon Ball Z", it's based around outright violence. As Kirk Christiansen once said - "War is not child's play."Dude, they're showing a censored Dragon Ball GT on Nickelodean, with a censored Dragon Ball Z before it. If not...Pokemon. Pokemon also has non-stop material and a large fanbase. If I could just see a LEGO Jolteon...I would die a happy man.
"Remember the Heart of NINJAGO."
PM me if you wish to know more about BIONICLE: Showdown!

But Star Wars isn't focused solely on violence. Jedi refrain from killing when possible, and sets do not generally invoke images of violence. LEGO Star Wars is an incredibly child-friendly theme, becoming a bit more of a comedy than the sci-fi opera Star Wars was.And yet, Star Wars is a popular theme.

Mostly for minifigs.
Also, although it'd be beyond impossible for a lot of reasons, I would kill for LEGO Soul Eater minifigures.
Also, Homestuck

A LEGO Sonic is perfectly possible. I mean, they've practically already made LEGO Chaos Emeralds.A Sonic Lego set would be cool too.
And a LEGO Zelda is being considered.

Hero Factory has a much better style for humanoid armored figures. BIONICLE worked fine for robotic figures, but was too full of holes and gaps to pass as people in armor.Teen Titans and Halo as Lego themes? Now that'd be great. As for series, I'd say Code Lyoko. I'd like to see how they'd make the monsters and sectors.

Themes I'd like which could potentially happen, but probably wouldn't: Girl Genius (well-suited to a theme, but obscure), Artemis Fowl (very little visual media), Wall-E (no ongoing media).
Themes I'd like which actually have a distinct chance of happening: Legend of Zelda (massively-successful Cuusoo proposal, no precedent for licensing difficulties), Legend of Korra (Lego and Nickelodeon have an ongoing licensing agreement and a good history).

But beyond that, I just want more Iron Man and MCU Lego. And maybe Wall-E.

Final Fantasy
Out of curiosity, which Final Fantasy do you think would work best? Final Fantasy has some aspects which would work wonderfully in Lego, but a theme based on the entire body of work would be far from cohesive.

Title pretty much says it all. I know they have DC Superheroes, but I'd really like a Teen Titans line. Easily the best DC TV show ever... of all time. Also, the Hunger Games series. The books were excellent, and I think that Lego would make a killing to make THG sets... no pun intended.
Enough with LEGO Hunger Games! It is way to violent for LEGO!

All of them would work quite well actually, my personal favorite is FF7.

No it's not, Indiana Jones is not a lot less worse then that and lets not forget Lord of the Rings? And Pirates of the Carabian.

1- Lurtz (who had an arm cut off on-screen, and was decapitated by Aragorn) (TFotR)
2- Snaga (decapitated by Ugluk) (TTT)
3- Grishnakh (crushed by Treebeard) (TTT)
4- The Witch-King (stabbed in the face by Eowyn) (TRotK)
5- The Mouth of Sauron (decapitated by Aragorn) (TRotK)
6- Gollum (falls into the lava at Mount Doom) (TRotK)
And then there's various maulings, crushings, decapitations, etc. So, no, The Hunger Games is not out of the question, especially since the tone of the series holds the Capitol's games in great contempt. In the film, they portray the violence as something that would shock you, and make the Cap[itol seem more evil. In fact, the only times characters were killed on-screen was after they were released into the arena, and fighting errupted in and around the Cornucopia.

Hunger Games I would say is more violent if only because violence and war are core concepts of the series, as opposed to the themes you mentioned, which have a stronger emphasis on adventure. The violence in Hunger Games is also more morally ambiguous; no one shed a tear when Indy shot the swordsman in Raiders of the Lost Ark, because Indy was clearly the hero. In Hunger Games, Katniss feels conflicted about almost every one of her victims, and it makes the audience second-guess her as well. All of them would work quite well actually, my personal favorite is FF7.

Still, seeing as this entire topic is just hypothetical in nature, I see no reason why any member should try to shut down the opinions of others (unless they make a bold, erroneous statement like "it would be stupid for Lego to not pursue the Hunger Games license").

Just thought of another series: Aliens: Colonial Marines. I know, it's an M-rated game, based on R-rated films, but who wouldn't want to see an official Xenomorph figure (the size of a Dino raptor)?

The minifigures would be a mess. Plus, people would complain about his eyes being green and how Eggman isn't called Robotnik.A Sonic Lego set would be cool too.
seriously how can you make skinny sonic into a fat minifig
