WHAT? A new feature on The Ninjago Wiki. Yeah. Finally.

Thanks to the time devoted by Infrared (Morris the Mata Nui Cow on TNW), he made us a "merit system". It's basically the same thing as proto on the wonderful world of BZPower, but... not Bionicle. So I really don't have to explain this here, but it seems more correct to do so.

• You can gain merit points in increments of 1 for doing good, respectful, or helpful things on The Ninjago Wiki.
• You can just as easily lose a merit point in increments of 1 for doing bad, disrespectful, or unhelpful things on The Ninjago Wiki.
• Merit levels range from -3 points to +3 points.
• All members default at having 0 points.
• Members on the staff team default to having +3 merit points.
• Members on the news team get +1 points for helping the news branch of the site.
• When a user gets -3 points, they will get a ban with an expiring time determined by how they lost all of their merit points.

And someday we might bet allow you to donate money to the site, which could give you a +2 merit boost.

Very neat feature. I hope this gives people an incentive to help out on the parts of the site that need it most, like episode summaries and character pages.
