I must say, this story is excellent. Your writing style is interesting, and it's paced just the way I like it. Also, the endings of the last two chapters are definitely excellent twists.
Another thing that I like about the story is that it is both an accurate (and fitting) account of what it was like when Teridax took over, and your own tale with new characters. You also make a lot of nods to other parts of the Bionicle canon, which is an excellent touch.
One negative I found was your use of similes, specifically one about discovering the villain in a movie. I had to glance at it twice to see how it related to the whole "turning" part, and even then, it wasn't until you clarified how it related to Teridax that it seemed to fit.
