I'm pretty sure I have this right, but I just want to be sure. If I buy a premier membership that isn't lifetime, I know I'll become Premier Outstanding BZPower Citizen. Just to be sure, but when that expires, I'd go down to OBZPC. I know I keep the proto and all, so I guess it's obvious. I just didn't know if any special rules apply.

Yes. You lose the premier status, but you keep the proto when your membership expires

Indeed. You will lose Premier Membership perks, but will keep OBZPC ones, such as the shortened name change timer.
