I have a question.

I just joined BZPower, and I read the Rules/Guidlines. I have a question not covered in the forum: Can New Members participate in the BZPRPG? I went to the Profile forum, but in the upper right corner, it read "Unable to post in Thread". As you can tell, I'm thoroughly confused. Do I have to submit my 5(now 4, I guess) comments before participation in the RP?

Yes, all members are welcome to play in the BZPRPG. You might have been looking at an older topic that was closed. This is the right topic.
