Not bad. The upper legs are good, and the torso armoring looks nice, although the gaps around the RawJaw head bug me... that is one crazy weapon in the right hand.

The head is very nice, very alien-like. The torso is decent, despite the tiny gaps, although you may want to put some tiles on the crotch area. The limbs, while creative, look somewhat slapped on. I would recommend adjusting the bulkiness in some places to make them look better. And the weapon, it seems kind of busy. Try simplifying it and make it in a similar style to the rest.
