I wanted to try to build something like the Sticky Detonator from Halo 4, but it looks like I made a toy-like dart launcher, but I guess that's good enough for me, so long as I got the monitor on the weapon.

Lol, as soon as I saw the title, I thought: "This must be the one from Halo 4". 
I think you caught its essence well, the monitor piece is appropriated, though, if I'm not wrong, the "true" one is more to the left. But, hey, it's still great, even if the small size penalizes accuracy.

Great MOC. I thought the weapon might have been from Team Fortress 2, but alas...still great, though! 
Unfortunately, I don't even know what Halo is about....
