Name: Siun Alihazi
Codename: The Demon, The Sealed One, The Last of Valusia. Etc. Almost all of these names are pulled from various old texts regarding the a lost continent and the civilizations therein.
Age: In terms of being awake and active, around twenty-five. In terms of being sealed and unaware, upward of fifty thousand years.
Gender: Male
Faction: Himself
Power(S): Siun Alihazi is a powerful sorcerer, having penned many tomes on magic in his time. He can conjure up creatures from beyond this paperthin realm we call reality and use the dark arts of necromancy through the use of powerful and often lengthy rituals. His magic isn't offensive in nature, it is the result of methodical and often dangerous studies into the dark arts and the gibbering unknown. He can lay down hexes from great distances away, but he cannot conjure lightening on the fly to smite his enemies. His magic doesn't work that way. He can raise the dead to serve him, summon creatures and do any other number of deeds. He is extremely skilled in what is now called the Dark Arts. His magical power is not build around combat, it is quiet and subtle for the most part.
His second ability is the result of long experimentation with magic and years of dangerous research. He has combined his life energy with that of a tiger, allowing him to, at will, transform into a large hyprid of man and tiger. In this form he posses great strength and enhanced senses. Allowing him to track his prey as the beasts do and see in the dark. He also sports a wicked bite attack that is more then able to shatter bone if the full force of his strength is behind it. He also grows four pairs of claws in this form which are of great use in terms of offensive power, allowing him to shred and tear at his foes as he grapples with them. Overall, he is stronger, faster and much more deadly then the normal human being. He is not able to infect any other being with this ability as the Werewolves do, though it is, in theory, possible for him to combine anothers soul with that of another creatures. This would require a risky and lengthy ritual....and Siun would have to be willing to do it. In this form he loses the ability to perform magic and his instincts become difficult to resist. He also cannot speak, use a keyboard or do other things many humans take for granted. Even when he is not in this form, he has the instincts of a tiger, though tempered by the will of a man. There is another benefit to this however, due to his meddling with his own life force, he doesn't age. Sickness and violence might still claim him but age will not.
Appearance: Tall even by the standards of humans today, one would scarcely guess just how far back Siun's history goes. He is a Valusian, a race of humanity that has long since vanished into the genetic mixing pool. His homeland is under the Mediterran Sea and what remnants of his culture remain are in deep, secret places. He is the last Valusian...and even then, he is not a pure Valusian. The binding of the Tiger's lifeforce to his own has altered him. So though he sports the tall stature and pale white skin common to his people, his eyes are slitted and yellow like those of the great cat that is now a part of him. His is tied in a ponytail behind his head and is an odd mixture of black with the odd streak of burnished gold. He has elongated canines, as suits the nature of the spell he crafted. He looks just...slightly feral. He movements are fluid and fine, but they are not quite the movements of a human. It is worth noting, that if he were a pure Valusian, his hair would be completely black, he would have fairly normal teeth and his eyes would likely be gold or sliver.
In terms of clothing, he tends to wear finely made, yet functional black robes in consort with a turban of the same color. He owns a few intricate gold and silver pieces of jewelry. Valusian robes, in general, show elements of the Roman toga and various arabic outfits with some egyptian influence in the more superflous features.
When in Beastform ,he resembles a hulking cross between tiger and man. He stands roughly seven feet and five inches tall, his body becomes very muscler and powerful, hew grews orange fur with black stripes....and overall, looks like a tiger that happens to decide to be bipedal and start lifting weights. His eyes remain catlike, he grews catlike ears, his mouth shifts into a muzzle and his mouth becomes a toothy maw. His hands become a set of flexible claws and his feet turn into padded paws. He has a slightly hunch-backed posture when in this form.
Weapons: A well-made steel dagger with a golden hilt embedded with a blood red diamond is the only thing he owns that might be called a weapon. It is his athame, a dagger used in magical rituals. He'll attack with it if he has no other option, but in general, he prefers to use his beast form in combat. It's abilities have been noted above. They will not be recapped here.
Skills: Literate in many long-dead languages, Siun is a quick learner and can pick up new langauges quite quickly. He is well-read and well versed in many subjects....though his knowledge is sadly out of date now. The world has changed. His civilization has fallen and new ones have arisen. His great politcal knowledge is almost useless. Not so with his mastery of magic however. He is, in all liklihood, the most knowledgeable magic user alive. He remembers many secrets have been forgotten over the millenia....for example, how to bind an animal lifeforce to the lifeforce of a human. In his beastform, he is very proficent in melee combat and hunting, as can be expected. He is an avid reader and writer and has penned many tomes in his time, despite his young age. Overall, he is an intelligent and adaptive being, able to adjust to new situations quickly. Presuming a calm emotional state.
Personality: Siun is not in a calm emotional state at the moment. In fact, he is most certainly insane. He has allowed his anger to overwhelm his rational thought. He is little more then a tempest of rage and anger. He wasn't always this way, once he took care to safeguard his emotions and to suppress them before they grew too strong. This backfired on him. When he was betrayed all the careful emotional safeguards he had crafted had broken....and the result is the being of hatred and spite that is still imprisoned to this day. Wrath and fury rule his entire existence.
Still, a small part of him, one that he can barely even hear....wonders if this is the right thing to do. Wonders if it was not his fault. This part of him is becoming smaller and smaller by the day. It is the last shred of the old Siun that remains, the only part to survive the inferno that is slowly but surely burning it's way through his mind.
Weakness: When in human form, he is basically a baseline human with a dagger. Understandably, if you can get close to him in this form he will likely die if your intentions are lethal. In beastform, he is a different monster. Though he cannot use magic, he is very powerful in terms of physical ability....but he is hindered by raging instinct. He is not as clever or as quick as he might otherwise be in this form. Though he is still a cunning foe, he relies more on instinct then he otherwise would. To further complicate matters is extremly vulnerable to enchanted weapons in this form, as he is partly a creature of magic and....magic does not react well to other types of magic when said magic is bound to one's lifeforce. The connections that bind him to to the tiger's life force could be distrupted quite easily by an enchanted weapon in this form, wounding him quite badly.
Bio: Born in ancient Valusia, Siun was raised in a civilization entering it's golden days. It was a time of home and idealism for many, a time of great magic, great wealth and vast armies. The Valusian Empire stretched over much of the known world, reaching into what is now called India and to the tip of Denmark. Even the deep congo bears signs of their civilization. Siun was born with two blessings, first, the power of magic coursed through his veins and second, he was born in peaceful times. His talents were recognized at an early age and his family did everything they could to encourage him. Siun proved to be a quick study, taking to magic as a fish would take to water. He was eventually sent to the main castle town of the land to learn at the feet of the masters of this craft.
What the masters saw in him disturbed them however. His experiments were unorthodox at best and, in their eyes, outright deadly at worst. His tendency to suppress his emotions was also troubling, they knew it was only a matter of time until such things forced their way to the surface....and if they taught him, the devastation he could unleash would be mighty indeed. So they turned Siun away, telling him to return when he had learned to 'break down the barriers between the mind and the heart'. This had the exact opposite effect on Siun. He became colder, more withdrawn. In deep jungle, he studied his craft on his own and planned his revenge upon those who had denied him what he thought was rightfully his. Years later, the day came. Siun and a force of summoned creatures attacked the castle town...but even then, Siun was no match for the disciplined forces of the Empire and the power of the masters. He was sealed away in a far off land, for the masters thought him a grave threat to the land.
Ironically, this punishment did cause the walls between his mind and his emotions to break...but the only emotion he felt at that point was rage. The masters had created the demon they so feared.
