name says it all. what was the funniest event in the bionicle storyline and what was your reaction? for me, it had to be when Makuta had his face smashed in by a small planet
he was all "I'm invicibl-*gets hit by moon*" I laughed, hard.

Owena's speech about what Po-Matoran do to rocks in Po-Metru, which he said to the rock creature created by the Energized Protodermis Entity, was funny IMO. Some of the things Matau said in the Bionicle Adventures series were funny as well.

If you ask me, Takua and Jaller's quest in MoL was just a bad joke.

All the small, embarrasing things the Matoran did in MNOG (farting, falling off trees, tripping, that sort of thing). It was so cute and funny.
The way Takanuva leaped around screaming in Makuta's lair was also quite funny, if you didn't take it too seriously.

Any moment Hewkii and Kongu were within speaking distance of each other, any moment Vezon opened his mouth, a lot of Mutran's comments in his blog, many things Matau said, and a lot of Lewa's comments in 2008 (namely, "Ah, Toa of Slush, I'd almost forgotten how much fun you aren't.").
As for my reaction, I'd usually just laugh to myself for a few moments, go back to reading, and then it would hit me again.

Vezon and Lewa stand out in my mind. Some of the MNOG too, but mostly for the heart and slapstick. I guess it was a funny sort of awesome.

I found the rather snarky conversations between the Toa Metru in Adventures rather amusing, especially Onewa.

That scene in one of the serials on Bara Magna were a group of Skrall is walking through the desert and Vezon suddenly appears. Vezon turns and then jumps through another portal. The Skrall have no idea what that thing was.

Gotta love the line from the first comic:
Pohatu to Kopaka: Do you choose to work alone, or is it because no one can stand being around you?
Burn!
I also really though that (cliche, I know) Vezon was funny.
Edit: Oh, and Onua Nuva in a batman-style voice saying "Welcome to Onu-Koro!" was funny. Not sure why. Just always cracked me up.

It was then that everything fit together in my head. The two clawed beast. The Two Claws. The dual-claw marks. That all was easy. Then I realized something harder to grasp - because the beast was inter-phasal, it could also travel through time, to an extent. The Two Claws wasn’t fiction, it was true. There was someone else like me, in the past. I continued blinking rapidly and turned back to the beast.
“What do you want?” I demanded.
The beast stood up a bit straighter and looked directly at me. A terrifying voice came from it as it answered.
“You and the girl. Both. You are abnormalities and must be dealt with.”

IDk, probably something Vezon said. Remember his description of insanity?

I'd say Vezon's whole life. Lewa knows he is light-hearted and joyful, that;s how he is.
Vezon is just so messed up he happens to be funny, immature, and a troll. He's like a Le-Skakdi
