I'm not sure if this would be the right place for this, but I'm having a problem with taking apart some of my mocs. I seem to have a tube that I slid onto a long axle, and I can't seem to remove it, even with large amounts of force. (If you don't know what pieces i'm referring to: tube: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/78 Axle: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/3708 ) i'm sure i'm not the only one to have this problem, but it won't come off. If it helps, this is from muaka and kane-ra, so it is old, although my sets are in good condition. Please help!

Try soaking it in warm water.  Conceivably that should loosen it up.

Yes, plasting tends to shrink in cold, try ,like Bfahome said, do warm it up.

hmmm, I tried that, it didn't seem to work. if it helps, the tube is right in the middle of the axle, so it looks like this: ---000000000000---- (with -=axle, and 0= tube)

Try making it warm, then use soap and slam it on the ground with all your force

I recently had to deal with this actually, but with even longer of both.

 

Just pushing some of it out with another axle and a good pair of pliers work.

I never had this problem. Though if you take out anything else that's in the axle and push it out, it will come off.
