Name change reverted.

On Feb. 8th, I changed my display name to "Bulik".  It even says so on my display name history.  Yet, I'm still "Tasty Holiday Beverage".  Can someone explain why my Display name changed, yet reverted back to the previous one without leaving any records of such?
