Is premier membership the only way to get a blog? Because the blogs look awesome, but I have no money (I'd get Premier Membership if I had the cash).

I mean, BZP's anniversary is a little over four months away. There is usually a bit of free Premier perks included in the celebration, so if you can wait...
The only thing is, once the event is over, you effectively lose use of the blog until the next time or until you are able to buy Premier Membership.
In short, then, PMship is pretty much the only way.
