The Battle for Mata Nui is the only one I can think of right now

Not that I remember. In Battle for Mata Nui you fight the Bohrok, and I'm pretty sure in Bionicle Heroes, but I hadn't played the letter in a while. That's all I know concerning Bohrok games.

The Battle for Mata Nui is the only online game with bohrok that play a major role.

Also, since you didn't exclude non-online games, there's BIONICLE: Matoran Adventures and BIONICLE: The Game. These are fairly old, though, so they might be near-impossible to find in stores.

Oh the Maze of Shadows game had bohroks too, you know those with the slugs instead of krana.

There was one on the old forums called Bionicle Swarms. The project never got far, but it is playable.
