In the first book the Toa mata talk about thier dark dreams ? What were they eventually revealed as if the were revealed at all?

I assume it was just a bit of foreshadowing for what they'd have to face.

I'd have to agree with Chro. As far as I recall, they never actually give a description of their dreams. They mention that they were dark, though, because that's all the reader has to know in regard to foreshadowing the dangers ahead.

In short: the didn't say anything because they didn't have to.

I'm guessing they were about the shadows of Makuta and like the above said, just giving a heads up about the dangers of Makuta.

Yep pretty much as said before, but remember the guys were DECAYING in that canister, that probably would have his results in their dreams.

You mean the Toa? In that case: No, what makes you think they do?

They were able to foretell what was going to happen in what seemed to be a psychic episode

Is Vakama psychic? No. He just has visions. The Toa weren't able to foretell, the dreams came to them unwillingly.

Probably just result of them being asleep while Decaying

I think it was just their senses telling them that bad things were happening in the world, and these were translating into bad dreams.

Don't forget that both Gali (and I think Kopaka??) at some point had visions of the future. Gali about the Kaita in one of the comics, I think. So it's quite possible they did have visions while asleep too.

 

Besides that, it could just be that subconsciously they realized something had to be wrong to feel that the canisters had launched, and secondly that after launching, they haven't arrived anywhere for a thousand years.

Yeah, well Gali had the vision while she was on Mata Nui, not before, so they can have them at random times, if thats what you're saying. Am I right? And Kopaka had it too.

I think it is just the random pieces of memories of their adventures piror to their slumber, rewinding before slipping into their sub-consciousness.
