  1. Hi everyone, here's the breakdown for the Po-Metru Great Disc Puzzle Finding The Location: Some NPCs when asked will point players in the direction of the Sculpture Fields or The Wastes as locations they’d seen the Toa Mangai visiting in the past few months. A section of the Sculpture Fields has rings of graffiti with the tagged name “Lhii” in the colors of a rainbow. Going toward the center of the circle brings players to the first puzzle which involves a tall statue of Turaga Dume. First Puzzle: Turaga Dume’s statue is heavily graffitied. Some of the graffiti holds clues for what to do: On the staff is of the symbol on a Po-Metru kanoka. This is the decryption key. An arrow points towards the ruby-red glass prism set in the top of the staff. Turaga Dume’s statue is also pointing in a direction with his other arm. To solve the puzzle, players need to wait for the right time of day when the sunlight shines through the red glass, or they need to provide a form of illumination coming from the opposite direction the statue is pointing. The glass has a cipher written on it, which shows up in the red circular mark it leaves in the sands: “Srzhu fdq rqob uhdfk vr idu / Glj lwv judyh zkhuh lw hqgv.” Po-Metru is the third district, and adjusting the cipher back three letters in the alphabet reveals: “Power can only reach so far / Dig its grave where it ends.” The last part of the first puzzle is players realizing the red dot created by correctly illuminating the glass lies on the top of a large, buried, inverted pyramid. Second Puzzle: The main location for this puzzle involves the inverted pyramid. The pyramid is 100 matoran paces long on each side. The pyramid is missing its capstone, and an entry to the inside of the structure can be found there. The entry is a straight shaft to a central chamber approximately thirty feet cubed. The pyramid is not the most structurally sound sculpture in the fields. To solve this puzzle find the entrance and go inside. Pretty simple. Once inside the central chamber players are presented with the final puzzle. If the structure is cracked or broken, sand will fill it. This preserves the final puzzle for players who don’t give up. Third (Final) Puzzle: The interior chamber is completely covered on all the floor, walls, and ceiling surface area with strange hieroglyphics in a language unknown to any member of the party. These hieroglyphics are the same as others seen in complementary Great Disc Puzzles. Near one of the walls is a rectangular table with the following clues: Four circular depressions on top Four small statues of matoran with the words unity, duty, creation, and strategy. All statues have a circular base of similar size to the depressions on the table. A poem is written in four lines on the side of the table facing the players: "In all of the world Metru-Nui stands / Bringing minds and hearts together as one / A plan devised to defend against foreign lands / A single path never undone.” The correct order of statues from left to right is: creation, unity, strategy, and destiny. Completing the table puzzle opens the stone gateway built into it and reveals the resting place of the Great Disc of Po-Metru (339). ----- From Earlier Today ---- Holy tamales, we're at 35 pages of content! Since this game moves fast I thought it could be fun to reward the community with clues, trivia, or lore for the upcoming game. Also, the person who makes the first post on a new page gets a treat. 2. IC: Skyra - Jungle - "Skyra..." To say that Skyra's heart was beating was an understatement. In all honestly Skyra had been flirting with Rose and teasing her because she found her to be pretty cute, but she hadn't expected that Rose might like her in that way as well. What were the odds of that happening in a middle of a war like this!? The Toa of Air struggled to come up with a possible response in her head, she'd never gotten this far before and wasn't sure what to do. Mata Nui what even came after flirting!? She had no idea...like- "...we should probably go back and help the others now, before they think we've deserted or...ran away together or something..." AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"Oh! Right! You're right weshouldreallygetbackshouldn'twe!?" Skyra scrambled back to her feet, feeling more than well enough to engage in combat once more. No doubt her face was flushed, but she tried not to make it obvious as she checked herself and went over her weapons briefly. Yep, they were all still there, save for a few throwing knives. Yep yep yep, all was good. Yeah... -AAAAAAAA! @Tarn

  3. IC: Skyra - Jungle - Skyra nodded solemnly as Rose explained her situation. She had people she cared about, makes sense. And someone she was taking a shine to, very nice. Wait a minute... Despite being the flirt that she was, Skyra wasn't used to being on the receiving end of it. It didn't take much to realize who Rose was most likely referring to. "I-Is that so? Well whoever that person is, is pretty lucky."

  5. IC: Rose - Jungle with Skyra "Heh. I'd say you are..." Rose looked up at the tree canopy, and the light filtering through it as it seemed to form a spotlight on her and Skyra as they sat together. Some leaves fell around them in what felt like slow-motion (probably shaken by the nearby fighting) and, if there hadn't been a war going on just outside the jungle the setting would have been almost perfect. Almost. The Toa of Fire looked back at her companion. Truth be told she found her awful cute, but wasn't sure if those feelings had arose on or off the battlefield. "I think I'm just too ##### stubborn to bite it, honestly," Rose continued with a laugh. "Too many brakas that need their heads stomped in out there. And...well..." She wasn't sure how to say the next part. "...there's...people I care about now. Before I thought I'd lost everyone who mattered to me, but now I know I was wrong. There's someone I've...taken a shine to, I think." @Snelly

  6. IC: Mazor-Six Kingdoms Fortress @Toru Nui Mazor's body jerked as Ostrox approached, as if he had snapped out of a trance. "Oh, hello sir. I . . . I was hoping I could have a little more time with it."

  8. The first thing that comes to mind is the Matoran Civil War that occured before the Great Cataclysm. The Matoran very nearly killed Mata Nui--to the point where Toa Jovan's team had to use the Mask of Life. The official explanation for this is that the Matoran neglected their duties (which kept the GSR functioning) because they were fighting; however, I think that sabotage (which we know the Civil War was rife with) was a major contributor to the damage. Now, if this is what Matoran are capable of WITHOUT mask powers, I think it's safe to assume that with mask powers they would have driven themselves to extinction (and done even more damage to the GSR). I have also suspected that Matoran have certain abilities/powers that we don't know about. Let's be real, honestly how did those little guys survive the war against the Rahi using... bamboo? Along these lines, the Matoran Nui (though rarely seen) is canon I believe (but correct me if I'm wrong on that point), which is an ability that usually only more powerful beings have access to. Perhaps Matoran are able to instinctively access a certain amount of dormant Toa Power they have when their life is in danger (sort of like the Avatar state if you're familiar with the Last Airbender or Legend of Korra). And let's not forget our buddy Kapura and his ambiguous 'traveling' abilities. If I were a Great Being, and I were creating creatures with a role as critical as maintaining the GSR, I would avoid giving them powers that they could use whenever they wanted (to avoid them damaging themselves/the GSR), but I would give them powers that would protect them in the case of an emergency (to prevent their extinction and the subsequent destruction of the GSR). That's my theory anyway.

  9. He tagged this with #2020rebel, so I think this is less about the content of 3IO and more about RIG21 overall.

  10. After the empty thing bounces off of kanohi of jello's head, it ends up covering my head. I bumble around for a while, until eventually ram into a speeder. This speeder starts and gets to a quarter of its full speed before hitting the world's largest set of dominoes. One falls over, creating a chain reaction that flings the surface you were just standing on into a law office. This just so happens to be my lawyer's office, where legalese is spouted at you. The mask is now (legally) mine.
