  1. If you ever decide to pull a stupid stunt, like myself along with 20-sum others, to go to college summer classes for English (albeit, a sophomore-level class), prepare to read until your eyes bleed. Oh, the inhumanity..

    Ac/dc

No matter what you're doing, be it studying, cruising the highway, reading, whatever you're up, they are one of the best bands out there. Just can't stop listening to them lately. B)
  3. Controllers work just fine. I've had them for a good while, and I just never used them. Then I used the two white ones to be charged, just in case I ever needed them while playing. I ended up never using them, though.
  4. Well, these are all the games I got: The Orange Box (on hold) - $10Modern Warfare 2 (on hold) - $20Call of Duty 4 (on hold) - $10Army of Two: The 40th Day - $25Fallout 3 (I don't know for sure what this one is, at the moment.. Someone mentioned they might want it.) - $10I do have some accessory stuff:Nyko Xbox 360 Charge Base - $15Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote - $5Wireless Headset (don't worry, I clean my ears. ) - $20Nyko Intercooler (goes on the back side of the 360) - $5Wireless Adapter - $45Controller Chat Pad - $10Hot Rod Faceplate - $5Controllers (3: 1 black, 2 white) - $10 each
  5. So I've officially canceled my XBox Live account automatic renewal and wiped all payment options. I've grown tired of having this hunk of plastic sit in my room doing absolutely nothing, so I'm selling it locally (I think I already have a guy lined up to buy it). I have no time for XBox anymore, and I need the money. I wish I still had time.. XBox was a decent way to relieve stress (or make more stress, on occassion ). I only use my XBox now for watching DVDs, which basically makes the 360 useless when I have a perfectly fine DVD player sitting around.. All well.. Life just works that way, I guess.. Oh, I've got a new part for my Mustang that I'm "prospecting": SCT SF3/X3 Power Flash Tuner. Yes, it voids the drive train warranty if used. However, it stores factory settings. Funny how life works, eh?

    Woo Papers!

LOL WRITING PAPERS? I TYPE MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Cool. I'm at LSUS (local college). I made buddy-buddy with one of the hardest professors there, and he's allowing me to do research with him later on. He's a Biology professor, and I'm a Biochemistry major, but so far, I've proven that I can answer some of his most crazy questions that many people can't seem to figure out. :P

  8. A private Christian College in Orange County, CA. :)

  9. Where are you planning on attending?

  10. Come back anytime. We'll still have the best beignets in the world at Cafe Du Monde. Good luck in Illinois. Who knows - you might actually enjoy it up there.
  11. Aww man! Those few seconds were part of the most adrenaline-rushed, high-octane-powered moments of my life! Tonight, I drag raced my Mustang for the first time. Everything went nearly as good as could be hoped. Here's the list of occurrences that I had to process/fulfill in 15 seconds: Pull up to burnout boxTurn off Traction ControlApply small pressure to brakeApply pressure to gas pedalRoll out of burn outTurn on Traction controlAlign front tires in tire boxApply pressure to brakeApply pressure to pedal, just enough to get the engine goingWait for light to turn greenLet go of brakeFLOOR ITThere were 2 things I didn't do, both of which were the Traction Control steps. It really messed around my head because I didn't burnout properly, but I eventually a mini-burnout. But I kept thinking "I messed up already," and I forgot that I had to watch a light turn green for a split second (literally). In short, my reaction time to the light turning green could have been better.. Anyway, disregarding reaction time problems, I'd estimate my car can run a good 13.0-13.3 seconds getting to about 105 mph in a 1/4 mile. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! PS - My Mustang is mostly stock, so my time's were to be expected, but apparently, I found a good combination of power-adders for a Mustang for a fairly cheap value.
  12. Wow. I'm starting college this fall. :o

  13. I was initially thinking about going into medical school, but after some events that have occurred in my life, I am now considering going into teaching and research just as, who I consider to be my friend and mentor, Dr. Stephen Banks. It's quite a jump, changing a choice of professional field, and I just hope this is what will be better for me in the long run. Am I nervous about this? Yes, I am.
  14. I'll tell you what's up: College. And my God, I haven't worked so bloody hard in my life. I'm actually working under my Biology Lab professor for research and whatnot. I'll tell you what though, it seems like the easiest job.. He tells me to give my cell number and email address, so he could contact me whenever he'd get started up for the day. Has he contacted me yet? Nope.
