  1. Yes. Zaktan is being cash right now and so is leading his crew of lackeys in an attempt to do some stuff. So far they destroyed a bunch of huts f in Ta-Koro after making a bunch of people angry, then ran towards Kini-Nui, and afterwards took control of the Abettor and then walked into the Vault as ominous music played in the background. So basically that's the latest piece of the staff-plot. List of allowed masks is here. As ^ said though, the Kiril is banned.
  2. Would a game where everybody doesn't know their own role, just whether or not they have a role that can take action at night, work? They'd have to decipher it through the host's scenes.
  3. IC: This is a little bit very boring, I thought as I sat in silence, drumming my fingers according to a rhythm that played out within my mind. *Tap* *Tap* *Tap* *Tap* *Tap* *Tap* "#$%^&*!" I muttered out in frustration on the 7th beat before resuming my taps. I was utterly losing my mind, cooped up within this box.
  4. ......This is a case where you are literally setting the parameters for yourself to be bad at the game and then accusing the game for being the cause of it. Although I've seen someone do it and do well before, I'm not gonna play using my toes to control the sticks on my controller and then say that, due to my inability to aim, there should be a weapon made for people like me.
  5. Just a friendly reminder to those who manage to see it that 343i's RTX Panel where they showcase MOAR TMCC content is in 1 hour. There's an official livestream of it - rtx's main stage livestream.
  6. Then.....well, you could get good with the Battle Rifle.
  7. wah you're lucky >_< Yes. I would love to role-play physical activity over the internet with other people.
  8. Why shouldn't they force it onto you? I can understand why having multiple weapons is nice but I can never understand the other end of the argument, why having just one weapon is bad. Sure, it could dominate maps depending on how it is built (A bit similar to Hemorrhage with DMR's which were mini-snipers) but everybody can get a BR. Simply, the better players are inherently going to beat you whether or not you're using a weapon you like or you don't like.
  9. IC: "Toa of wooden stuff."
  10. IC: Forward! The thought echoed within my mind as we advanced in sync to block Kiron's attack. The command activated something in me, though, and that was the funny part out of this entire fight - it felt like a switch had just been toggled on for a second, and for that second everything was friggin' awesome. The scent of ozone arose around me as a slight burst of untamed electricity exploded outwards from behind me, a weird combination of the energy released and the electromagnetism that I had nigh-no control over thrusting me forwards and letting me clang my blade against Kiron's far harder than I had ever expected to be possible. Crunch! The satisfying sound came as the Inika suddenly decelerated, and my body launched forwards like a ragdoll flung by a 5 year old child from the forward momentum and I literally fell onto Kiron, who also list his footing from the abrupt stop as well. "Ooowww......" I muttered as I slowly picked myself back up, temporarily obnoxious to the state I may have left Kiron in as I hobbled towards the bow of the ship. I looked over the edge. "The $%^& is this?"
  11. That's pretty much how I explain it.
  12. CLUE is an honor-system based game where there is 1 God - usually the host of the lobby at the start - who will then send text messages to two other players who are chosen to be the 'killer', and also reveals who the other killer is. In smaller games you can decrease it to 1 killer. These killers will send a message back saying they acknowledge, and then the game can begin. Within the game, nobody except the killers are allowed to make an aggressive action - such as Melee, Shoot, and Charge a chargeable weapon. The ONLY time you can do any of those is if you see someone else doing it; if you see someone shoot you can shoot at them. The aim of the killers is to kill everyone without revealing who they are while the aim of the innocents are to simply survive and kill the killers. In-game, if you figure out who the killer is you MAY NOT reveal who they are. You can say 'Oh i know who the killer is' but you can't say 'Oh the killer is wearing red armor' or something. Nothing that can denote who they are, like armor, armor color, weapon used, etc. In Halo 4 the gametype works using an oddball. God picks up the oddball and this hides the names of killers, although if a killer goes on a killing spree everybody can see and as such he is fair game to be killed. The game ends when 1. The killers are the only one remaining. 2. The killers all die The next god is chosen by 1. The last surviving Killer if they succeed in their mission. The killers have a 1v1 to decide if both of them are alive. 2. The person who killed the last surviving killer. Yeah, basically that's it. We should get together and play customs someday :3
  13. It doesn't magically improve your internet. You simply don't have to connect to other people with stupid internet but a data server.
  14. yeah i think it'd be useful beforehand if i explained the gametype on this thread? anyone wanna know? please 343 please. I don't want to be 10 seconds behind on everything I do, while rubber banding.
  15. 343 have literally redeemed themselves with this, and for once it feels like their and Microsoft's business plans don't evolve making a fool of themselves. No more making up stupid '14 day buy and play' terms. No more waiting months for a single easy fix. It seems like they've finally started taking Halo in the right direction. I mean, obviously the Master Chief Collection is a big gobsmack for fans and pretty much ensuring anybody who had a good experience on those games to buy an Xbox One in the coming fall, but this is also exactly what Halo needs to ensure the community lives. Since Halo 4's start we've been on a steady and deadly decline. Halo 4 was a nuke to the face; it had 9 million sales, but out of those 9 million only about 0.04% actually paid for gold and played the game online, and it's really mostly this online portion that gives the community a...well, community. And of these 400,000 players who bought the game, 200,000 of them disappeared pretty much by the end of the first week. Of the remaining 200,000k, that dropped like bricks. We started averaging around 20,000k players daily population on Halo 4 within months of game release, dropping out of Xbox Live Top 3 pretty much within weeks. Halo 3 had 1.1 million players daily average a year after release, and this game NEVER dropped out of Top 3 since release until Reach's release. Reach, after a year, had 900,000 players daily average population. Halo 4's themes and styles have been cause a slow decline and that is a statistical fact. MCC is EXACTLY what the community has needed to bring the numbers up; even if it's just hype, I feel like it was a really good idea. The evidence of it at least having some use was there; the day after the MCC was announced, population in Halo 4 went up. I'm happy 343 made a decision like this, and I sincerely hope that their ability to please their fans doesn't suddenly make a drop-off. __________ On a completely unrelated note, have you guys played CLUE? I remember PMing Meso about this some time ago but I think his PM was full or something so I dunno. It's one of the honor rule gametypes out there in the customs scene that's fairly big and definitely enjoyable. I think it'd be fun if all the BZP nuts had a custom game lobby or something
  16. Microsoft and Sony's E3 this year is literally a switcheroo from last year's E3.......
  17. There's like a billion character in an alley in Ta-Koro trying mess with the Piraka i think. Also, Pala-Koro's being rebuilt. And Kentoku dudes are planning to make a voyage to Mata Nui.
  18. IC: A stream of fire could stop me from seeing Kiron; but it certainly didn't stop me from knowing where he was. Behind the veil of flames, I raised my hands, sending yet another lightning bolt towards the Toa of Fire - except this time I used his element against him, firing the bolt of electricity through the flames at where I knew he would be.
  19. Daedra syndome would increase activity so much .-. in a sense, it'll help the game.
  20. IC: "I have nooooo idea. But I do know I spent a looong time in this stupid hole, and I can't wait for the people outside to throw us out." With a clenched fist, I slammed the wooden floor around me. Such a prison was obviously unnatural; I could hope that whoever made it could sense the disturbances within it. "YOU HEAR THAT, #######'S? LEEET USSS OOOOUUUUT!!" I shouted, channeling as much of my sonic powers as I could muster into the angry outburst, before promptly a sudden rush of drowsiness overtook my body and I slumped against the cell wall once again (OOC: Hey I have to admit I think that was a nice pun), left to experience the sudden ring of noise piercing my ears like an arrow. If I wasn't so mad I'd probably have fainted by now. As it stands, all I wanted to do was strangle that Skakdi who had brought me here.
  21. I know what RWBY is! >_< Just wanna know what he was pressured into joining. Sounds like my type of thang if it's about RWBY.
